Bill started his flying career in 1991 at a small local airport in Novato, California. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1967, served in the US Army, and retired from the world of corporate finance after 31 years with The CIT Group. He now devotes his time to flying and instructing at AngelAir. Bill holds private and commercial ratings in land airplanes, seaplanes, and gliders.
